An active customer is someone who has added your loyalty card to their wallet and has at least one stamp. Customers who delete their card or haven't visited in 12+ months don't count toward your limit.

Can I try Leal before committing?

Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can test all features and see how Leal works for your business before subscribing.

What happens if I exceed my customer limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to the next tier or we'll temporarily pause new card activations until you upgrade. Existing customers continue to work normally.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle and you keep current features until then.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every month through great service.

What payment methods do you accept?
