In Claude.ai or Claude Desktop, go to Customize → Connectors, then click Add → Add custom connector

Name it Leal and enter the MCP server URL:

Click Add. Claude asks you to connect your Leal account the first time it saves something.

About connecting AI assistants to Leal

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor use tools from other apps. Leal's MCP server lets yours design and set up your loyalty card.

Do I need a Leal account first?

No. Your assistant can read your website and show you designs without one. When you save, a Leal window opens to sign in or create a free account.

Does it cost anything?

No. It works on every Leal plan, including the free plan: one card with one reward, one poster and one location.

Can I set up stores for my clients?

Yes. Ask for a new store for a client, a second business or a demo, then design its card in the same chat. On the Agency plan each store adds to your subscription, so your assistant checks with you first.

Can the assistant see my customers?

No. It sees your stores, cards, rewards, posters, locations and customer counts. Never names, emails or phone numbers.

Is there an API for developers?

Yes. The REST API, SDKs and webhooks are in the developer portal at www.getleal.com/developers.
