Why pair Lightspeed Retail with Leal
- Lightspeed leaves loyalty to partners, and Leal fills that slot without custom development.
- Wallet-based stamp cards suit considered retail, staying visible between less frequent visits.
- Multi-outlet businesses can run one program or per-store rules through Zapier filters.

Good to know
- Leal's Find Customer matches by fuzzy search across name, email, phone, and card code, or exactly by External System plus External ID once a customer is linked.
- Leal's Create Customer needs a first name plus an email or phone, and its Send Card Links option delivers the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet links automatically.
- Leal's triggers fire instantly via webhooks, so Zaps on the Leal side run within seconds.

Frequently asked questions
Does Lightspeed Retail work with Leal?
Yes. Lightspeed Retail X-Series has an official Zapier integration that triggers on new sales and customers, which Leal uses to add stamps automatically.
I'm on Vend. Does this still apply?
Yes. Vend became Lightspeed Retail X-Series after Lightspeed's acquisition, and the Zapier integration is the same one.
What about Lightspeed Restaurant?
The Zapier app covers the X-Series retail product only. Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series has no Zapier app, but Leal still works alongside it with QR code stamping.
Can stamps depend on what was bought?
Yes. The sale trigger includes line items, so you can filter in Zapier to stamp only for specific products or categories.
