Set up Epos Now and Leal with Zapier

Install Zapier from the AppStore
In your Epos Now back office, open the AppStore and install the Zapier app. Then copy your Leal API key from your Leal dashboard settings.

Create a Zap with the Epos Now trigger
In Zapier, choose Epos Now as the trigger app with the New Transaction event and connect your account.

Add Leal's Find Customer action
Choose Leal as the action app and select Find Customer. Set External System to epos_now and map the transaction's Customer ID into External ID, or use Search Query with the customer email if your transactions carry one.

Add Leal's Add Stamps action
Add a second Leal action using Add Stamps. Select your Loyalty Card, map the Customer from the Find Customer step, and leave Number of Stamps at 1.

Run a test transaction, confirm the stamp appears in Leal, then publish the Zap.
