What the headline price does not tell you

Costs and terms that are easy to miss when you are budgeting.

There is no free plan. The 15-day trial is the only way to use it without paying.

Loopy Loyalty states it does not offer refunds on subscriptions or renewals. You can cancel to stop future billing, but the current period is not refunded.

If you cancel, your account and all associated loyalty cards are scheduled for deletion after the billing period ends. Customers stop receiving stamps and updates.

Card designs and locations are hard caps per tier. A second location on Starter means moving to Growth, which is a jump from $25 to $69.

When Loopy Loyalty is the better choice

We build a competing product, so treat this page accordingly. There are still real cases where Loopy Loyalty is the right call and Leal is not.

  • You want the lowest possible entry price for a single card at a single location and you are happy to pay from day one. Starter at $25/month is cheaper than Leal Pro.
  • You are already inside the PassKit ecosystem and want tooling from the same vendor.
  • You need more than 10 staff scanner accounts at a low price point, which Growth and Ultimate handle well.
