What the headline price does not tell you
Costs and terms that are easy to miss when you are budgeting.
There is no free plan, and the trial is only 7 days, shorter than most competitors.
SMS messages require messaging credits, which are bought separately in-app. Only the Smart plan and above include an allowance (5,000 credits).
Card-on-file payments carry transaction fees of 0–1% of transaction value on top of the subscription.
Tiered loyalty and targeted promotions are Smart-plan features, so the realistic price for a business that wants segmentation is $167/month, not $77.

When Loyalzoo is the better choice
We build a competing product, so treat this page accordingly. There are still real cases where Loyalzoo is the right call and Leal is not.
- You want loyalty and paid memberships or subscriptions in one product. Loyalzoo handles recurring billing and card-on-file, which Leal does not.
- You need a deep native integration with Clover or Epos Now specifically.
- You want a branded PWA for customers to install, in addition to wallet passes.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Loyalzoo cost?
Loyalzoo publishes two priced plans: Grow at $77/month and Smart at $167/month. A third plan, Multi, is custom-priced for multi-location businesses. All plans include unlimited customers. There is a 7-day free trial and no free plan.
Does Loyalzoo charge extra for SMS?
Yes. SMS promotional messages and points notifications require messaging credits, purchased separately in-app. The Smart plan includes 5,000 credits; the Grow plan includes none.
Is Loyalzoo good value for a single small shop?
At $77/month for the entry plan with a 7-day trial, Loyalzoo is a significant commitment for an independent business that only needs a digital stamp card. It makes more sense if you also want the subscriptions, memberships and recurring-payment features, which are genuinely strong and which most wallet-pass tools do not offer.
