WeStudy x Leal: Rewarding 1,500+ coworking members

WeStudy is a 24/7 co-studying and coworking space in Ezzahra, Tunisia with 57 workstations and over 1,500 active members. They have always looked for ways to reward their most loyal members, and launching a digital loyalty program was a natural next step.

Effortless onboarding

Leal made the whole experience effortless. Members receive a personal invitation, claim their card in seconds, and it lives directly in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Always accessible from the lock screen, no app download required. The onboarding is smooth enough that even the least tech-savvy members got it on the first try.

For the WeStudy team, stamping cards at the front desk is just as simple. The whole system fits naturally into daily operations without adding any friction.

Integrated with their existing system

WeStudy already had their own internal management platform, so a plug-and-play solution was not enough. Using the Leal API, their developer connected the loyalty program directly into their existing system with minimal effort. Members now earn stamps automatically as part of the flow they already use, with no extra steps for staff or customers.
