WeStudy is a 24/7 co-studying and coworking space in Ezzahra, Tunisia with 57 workstations and over 1,500 active members. Their team already had a strong community and a steady rhythm of repeat visits. The next step was giving members a simple way to feel recognised each time they came back.
For a space that is open around the clock, the loyalty experience needed to work without long explanations, app downloads, or extra admin at the front desk. Leal gave WeStudy a digital loyalty program that fits into the way members already move through the space.
A coworking loyalty program members can actually use
Coworking and co-studying spaces rely on habits. Members come in for focus, routine, and a place that feels dependable. A loyalty program has to support that rhythm rather than interrupt it.
With Leal, members receive a personal invitation, claim their card in seconds, and save it directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The card stays close at hand on the phone they already use every day, so members do not need to remember a plastic card or install another app.
That small detail matters. When a rewards card is easy to find, it becomes part of the visit instead of a separate task.
Simple onboarding for every member
The WeStudy team wanted a loyalty card that worked for all members, not only the most technical ones. Wallet-based cards made that possible.
Members can join from an invitation link, add their card to their phone, and start collecting rewards without creating a new account in a separate consumer app. The experience is lightweight enough for new members, returning members, and anyone who only wants to get settled and start studying.
Less work for the front desk
For the WeStudy team, the operational side had to be just as simple. Staff can support the loyalty program without slowing down check-ins, answering repeated setup questions, or managing paper cards.
The result is a member rewards program that feels present without becoming noisy. Members can see their progress, and the team can keep the experience moving smoothly in the background.
Connected to the systems WeStudy already uses
WeStudy already had their own internal management platform, so a plug-and-play solution was not enough. Using the Leal API, their developer connected the loyalty program directly into their existing system with minimal effort.
Members now earn stamps automatically as part of the flow they already use. There is no parallel process for staff to manage and no separate routine for members to learn.
Why wallet loyalty fits 24/7 spaces
A 24/7 coworking space has a different kind of loyalty challenge from a cafe or retail shop. Visits can happen early, late, during quiet hours, or as part of a weekly routine. The program needs to be reliable even when the team is focused on keeping the space running.
Leal works well in that setting because the loyalty card lives with the member. It is always available, updates automatically, and gives WeStudy a way to reward repeat visits without adding friction to the day-to-day experience.
A quiet upgrade to the member experience
Leal has been a genuine upgrade to the WeStudy experience. We’re excited to see our members collect their first rewards, and we’re already getting great feedback from the community.
Mohamed Tarek Chaibi, WeStudy
For WeStudy, the value is not only in launching a digital card. It is in making loyalty feel like a natural part of membership. The program gives regular members a clear reason to keep engaging, while the team keeps control of the experience behind the scenes.
That balance is what makes the setup work: simple enough for daily use, flexible enough to connect with existing systems, and subtle enough to support the community rather than distract from it.
